AI and media disclosure

Tools can accelerate the work. They do not replace the claim boundary.

Kyveros Kollektiv uses assisted and generative workflows selectively, with human direction, editing, implementation, and review.

Where assisted tools may appear

Controlled website demonstrations may include generated or tool-assisted motion, imagery, visual studies, copy exploration, code, testing, and production documentation. Some current motion assets were created through Higgsfield workflows.

A generated asset is treated as source material: it still needs selection, composition, responsive behavior, accessibility treatment, performance work, and review in the finished page.

What is not generated into truth

Generative tools are not used as evidence for client results, testimonials, awards, credentials, offices, staff, compliance, or business outcomes. Fictional concepts remain labeled as fictional or controlled demonstrations.

Automated checks and model reviews are supporting evidence, not self-approval. Production launch and high-stakes claims remain human decisions.

Client work and permissions

The appropriate tool and data boundary depends on the project. Client materials, confidential information, licensed assets, likenesses, and regulated data require explicit scope and permission before they are placed into any external workflow.

Project-specific disclosure, licensing, and approval terms belong in the written project agreement and handoff.
